Dylan Carty  joined Realty Growth in April of 2012 as a real estate agent. Dylan grew up in small-town Minnesota with his family owning apartments. Dylan learned a lot working in the apartments with his father and developed his love for real estate at a young age. Dylan quickly developed in a name for himself as one of Rochester’s top Multifamily brokers. Dylan has brokered over 30m in apartment sales since his tenure with RGI. Dylan founded the Management side of our company in 2018 and alongside the rest of the team manages over 800 units of residential and commercial property across 2 states.

Dylan is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a CCIM candidate.

When Dylan is not working he enjoys anything outdoors! He enjoys time at the family cabin boating, swimming, and four-wheeling.
