With a background as a multi-sport athlete in hockey and lacrosse, Dylan has built his foundation on teamwork, resilience, and leadership—qualities that now guide him in every client interaction and challenge he takes on. Before joining RGI, he spent over four years in the restaurant industry, where he sharpened his people skills, conflict resolution abilities, and natural knack for connection—learning fast, working hard, and thriving in high-pressure environments. 

Now, in real estate, Dylan is all about growth—both personally and professionally. He’s eager to learn, quick to adapt, and passionate about building strong relationships with tenants, clients, and local business leaders. His goal?
