A longtime Southeast Minnesota resident, Heather returned to Rochester in 2018 and quickly reconnected with the rhythm and heart of the community she loves.
After an impressive 22-year career at Mayo Clinic, Heather took a bold and beautiful detour: spending a memorable summer caring for her two grandsons, deepening her belief that family is life’s greatest adventure. Now, with her feet back in the workforce and her heart set on supporting small and local businesses, she’s thrilled to be part of the RGI family, helping Rochester thrive one connection at a time.

Heather shares life with her husband Travis, a local small business owner, and together they’ve built a strong, lasting partnership. With their two grown children now out of the nest, their home is kept lively by two dogs, a cat, and a flock of backyard chickens. A proud “Crazy Chicken Lady,” Heather dreams of someday trading in her suburban coop for a cozy hobby farm filled with even more four-legged (and feathered) friends.

When she’s not organizing the office or spreading smiles, you’ll find Heather making memories with loved ones, crafting cozy moments, or plotting her next cruise adventure. Travel is her muse, and the open sea is her happy place—where creativity flows and inspiration strikes with every sunrise on the horizon.
