With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, Mark Steege is widely recognized as a
strategic force in the commercial real estate industry. Holding his real estate broker’s license since 1995,
Mark brings unmatched insight, precision, and experience to every transaction. His work is rooted in a
deep understanding of development, finance, and relationship-building—making him a trusted advisor to
both tenants and owners navigating complex commercial decisions.

In 2020, Mark founded Titan 360, a commercial brokerage based in Rochester, MN, built on a foundation
of client-focused strategy and industry excellence. In 2023, Titan 360 merged with Realty Growth
Incorporated, uniting two respected names to create a powerful platform for commercial real estate
success in the region.

Prior to founding Titan 360, Mark spent 28 years with Titan Development & Investments, where he
played key leadership roles in project evaluation, financing, and investment strategy. His ability to secure
and maintain institutional lender and equity partner relationships helped drive numerous successful
developments across the region.

Mark’s commitment to excellence extends beyond real estate. He has been a dedicated community
leader for over 30 years, having served as Chair of the Rochester Area Family Y and the Rochester
Downtown Alliance, and contributing his expertise to various local boards and initiatives. He is also a
member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, MNCAR, and the
Minnesota Association of Realtors—reflecting both his professional breadth and financial acumen.

A native of Iowa, Mark earned his Bachelor’s degree from Luther College. Today, he and his wife
Teresa reside in Rochester, enjoying time with their children and grandchildren in Minneapolis and
Colorado.
