As VP of Development and Acquisitions, Micah Nelson works alongside Nick Pompeian to source,
evaluate, and execute real estate development and acquisition opportunities for RGI, our partners, and
our clients.

Having worked in investment management, investment banking, and corporate finance, Micah adds in-depth finance and investment expertise to RGI. Micah has also spent time at an industrial real estate developer and a publicly traded healthcare REIT.

A Rochester native and Century High School graduate, Micah holds a BSc in Finance from Babson College and an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he co-led the Real Estate Club and was named a Jeff Barclay Fellow by NAREIM (the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers).

Micah is an avid cyclist and has been active in the Rochester cycling community for over 20 years.
