Mikaela works with the residential management team, where she oversees leasing, resident experience, digital marketing, and day-to-day operations. She has a background in mechanical engineering and has an MBA in IT Systems & Administration, which she uses to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.

Before transitioning into property management, Mikaela led cross-departmental projects as an engineer in manufacturing and automation, developing a strong foundation in project coordination and customer-focused problem-solving. She’s passionate about building systems that support both residents and staff, and she values clear communication, organization, and quality service.

Outside of work, Mikaela enjoys tutoring students in math and science, exploring new opportunities in real estate, and spending time at her family’s cabin and traveling with her husband and loved ones.
