Nicholas “Nick” Pompeian is a visionary commercial real estate broker, developer, and co-owner of
Realty Growth Incorporated, based in Rochester, Minnesota—a city he proudly calls home. With deep
local roots and a sharp entrepreneurial edge, Nick has spent his career blending smart strategy with
relationship-driven service to shape the future of Rochester’s commercial landscape.

A graduate of St. Olaf College, Nick returned to Rochester to join his father, Ed Pompeian, in the family
real estate and development business. In 2013, Nick, Bucky & Dylan took the reins of Realty Growth Inc.,
purchasing the company from Ed, who originally founded it. Having grown up immersed in the business,
Nick was more than ready to carry the legacy forward—infusing it with fresh energy, new opportunities,
and a commitment to long-term growth.

Nick thrives on helping clients identify and invest in properties that deliver real value. From small
business owners to major developers, he brings insight, integrity, and a passion for the process to every
transaction. His entrepreneurial mindset has driven projects ranging from RGI’s first development on
West Circle Drive, to high-profile ventures like The Berkman apartment complex with Alatus LLC, and
the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Rochester.

Beyond the boardroom, Nick is deeply invested in the community that shaped him. He proudly serves on
the Board of Directors for Gift of Life Transplant House and RAEDI, and supports several other
nonprofit initiatives—believing that giving back is both a responsibility and a privilege.
When he’s not developing properties or strengthening client partnerships, Nick enjoys time with his wife
and two daughters, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, catching a live concert or musical, and
exploring new destinations with friends and family.
