Ryan Kortz is originally from Medford, Minnesota, a small town located about 50 minutes from Rochester. He got his start in the new-construction HVAC field before joining RGM, where he quickly realized how important the small details are. He enjoys the variety his work brings and the opportunity to interact with many different people each week. Drawing from years of experience in both the trades and property management, Ryan uses his practical background to consistently improve property value and enhance the experience for both tenants and owners.

With a deep commitment to high standards, Ryan views property management as more than routine operations—he aims to create living environments that feel comfortable, cared for, and thoughtfully put together. His blend of hands-on knowledge and personal attention helps every project exceed expectations and supports homes where residents truly feel settled.

When he’s not working, Ryan loves taking on home improvement projects, exploring new places with his wife and their two young boys, and enjoying life’s simple moments.
